Eligibility:

1. The contest is open to artists aged 18 and above.

2. Participants must be the creators of Contemporary Jewellery, Objects or Small Sculptures.

Contest Period:

1. The contest ends on 15th August.

How to Participate:

1. Follow Windowsmith Gallery on Instagram.

2. Find the post in our Instagram Feed relating to THE BURNING QUESTION.

3. Write your answer in the comments during the contest period.

4. Follow us to see the winner after the 15th August.

Prize:

1. The winner will receive a 2-week exhibition of their work at the Windowsmiths Gallery.

2. The exhibition must take place before the end of November 2024.

Selection of Winner:

1. The winner will be selected based on creativity.

Notification:

1. The winner will be notified via Instagram.

2. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, a 2nd winner will be selected.

General Conditions:

1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

3. Windowsmiths Gallery reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest.

4. Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be disclosed to third parties without the entrant's consent.

Agreement to Official Rules:

1. Participation in the contest constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
