Gallery Hire Guidelines

Window Space:

+Up to 1 meter depth x 3m length x 3m height.

$300 per week.

+Up to 1 meter depth x 3m length x 3m height.

+Up to 20 square meters

$500 per week

Cost of hire includes:

Use of lights, plinths, shelving, moveable wall, flexible hanging options.

Exhibition decals, A frame and promotional material.

Assistance and advice if required

24 hr visibility

Booking:

Bookings to be confirmed with a 25% non-refundable deposit, prior to the exhibition date. The payment is to be made by direct debit. Bank details are in the venue hire agreement.

Insurance:

Windowsmiths Gallery has public liability insurance for the premise but does not take responsibility for any damage or theft of the exhibitor’s property. We advise the exhibitor to be covered by their own insurance.

Openings:

The Exhibitor is welcome and encouraged to organise an Opening Party at their preferred time.

The Exhibitor will provide all food and drinks.

The Exhibitor is responsible for the clean-up afterwards.

Gallery Opening Hours:

Gallery opening hours are flexible, the exhibitor is encouraged to be on site as often as possible. Gallery minding hours are optional.

Sale of Artworks:

Windowsmiths Gallery will take 25% commission during the time of the Exhibition.

After the exhibition has ended an online exhibition will continue on the Windowsmiths Gallery Website.

Any sale made through the website will attract a 10% commission thereafter.
