Ann Snell is an award-winning multidisciplinary Sydney-based artist whose work celebrates diversity and amplifies untold stories. Central to her practice is the female gaze, challenging societal constructs that have marginalised minorities and erased shared histories. Her ongoing series Herstory (2016 present) reclaims women’s narratives, weaving together personal and collective histories.
A sculptor and painter, Snell works in clay casting, bronze, and oil on canvas, exploring mirroring themes across mediums.
