Inspired by the beauty, grandeur, and quiet majesty of ancient trees, Kent Johnson began photographing these “Significant Trees” — many well over 100 years old — portraying each one as a character in its own right. His work stands as a tribute to their presence, the shade they offer, and the air we all share.

“A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.” — Greek Proverb

Zoë Pollitt brings three decades of experience in art direction, fashion, and design to her newest venture: Büro Zoë, a jewellery practice launched in 2024. Her handcrafted pieces fuse Modernist forms with Surrealist ideas, drawing inspiration from neuroscience, punk, and the beauty of transformation.

Zoë’s designs are bold and conceptual, often shaped by biomorphic forms and dualities—rigidity and fluidity, chaos and control. Her work invites reflection, blurring the line between adornment and art.

With roots in Central St Martins and early work as Art Director at Vogue Australia, Zoë is also co-founder and Creative Director of the agency eskimo. Her creative world is one of contrast, contemplation, and visual storytelling.
